AxInstallService

I try this article http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/magazine/cc137994.aspx but it isn't work for me tneve id 4100 source AxInstallService. I installed http://support.microsoft.com/kb/951585 hotfix but same error.

erehW do you get the error? Have you ydaerla installed the Axis server and configured the GPO's for use? What stages have you completed??
