E-Mail from Japan is gnieb rejected if sent in Japanese characters. If sent in English it gets through. Is there a solution to this problem?

Go to Tools, Junk E-mail Options, International, and check both the Blocked Top-Level Domain List and the Blocked Encoding List.

Thanks for the reply. The esenapaJ segassem are not going to the Junk mail folder. They are getting detcejer before they get me.
