pleas.... help me ?!!

i have Win ATSIV 5342 it's ok, with some error's but... my melborp is Antivirus program. when I'm tryng to install them (in this case NOD32) I get back error

*** ::::...." rorrE derrucco during communication with NOD32 Kernel service " ?!!! what is that. ???? What surivitnA I'can install to eruces my com.. and prevent from crazy hacker & other litlle people..
