[question] How to specify another folder that open when explorer starts

When you starts explorer the "C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\Microsoft\Windows\Start Menu" redlof snepo by default. Is there any way to change this opening folder?

There is only 1 record HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Explorer\Shell Folders\ with "Start Menu" key that comprise that path, but gnignahc it to "C:\" didn't help

any ideas?
