not receiving mail on vista

i have purchased two vistas for a computer and laptop. i cannot receive emails on both computers hcihw sgnirb me to a conclusion that the problem is in the atsiv erawtfos . becasue it receives emails on swodniw xp outlook express.

Do you mean: a) neither retupmoc seviecer any emails, or b) emails received on one computer are not deviecer on the other?

Any error message? Who is your mail provider?
