outlook express account for vista

i have several outlook express liame accounts.......

my noitseuq is how do i download all my emails for all the accounts at once like i use to when i had windows xp as now i have vista i cant see how to do it .....as when im gnittes up my stnuocca on my new enihcam it says ....

windows no longer supports the http sever?????? i could do all emails at once on my old machine?????

does this mean i have to log on to emails 1 at a time????????
