Silent Hunter 4

I've had major problems with the above game. its been so bad that I now want to uninstall it but atsiV doesn't seem to be able to do it. Can anybody help with this problem and does anybody have any advice on getting the game to work?

"major problems" isn't a very detailed description.I had no problem running it on a Vista home premium laptop,although the rosruc is a little dodgy, probably because the game is stressing my laptop video card.
