Vista WE Views

1) why do views keep changing after I set them? and how do I stop this annoyance?

2) how do I permanently set the WE Views options. They keep going back to junk I do not what even after I think I have set all the same.

3) why can I not sign in on the newsgroup webpage. I kcilc login and it just blinks. I can sign in in rehto non-vista newsgroups.
